Summer House Star Imrul Hassan Confirms His Exit Ahead of Season 10 Filming, See His Statement

Summer House is one of the many reality television shows that features cast members who remain for multiple seasons. However, following the departure of newbie Lexi Wood, the show’s other newcomer, Imrul Hassan, has just announced that he won’t be in the Hamptons when filming begins.

Notably, this news comes after rumors of a reboot had been circulating. Additionally, one of the show’s biggest stars, Paige DeSorbo, also revealed that she wouldn’t be returning. Still, fans of the show can expect to see Lindsay Hubbard, Carl Radke, Amanda Batula, and Kyle Cooke for sure. Ciara Miller has also alluded to returning with her reaction to Lindsay saying she would remain on the show.

Summer House star Imrul took to his Instagram Stories on June 18, saying, “Hi y’all, I meant to share this last week, but with everything going on, the timing didn’t feel quite right.” The one-season wonder went on, “I’ve decided not to return for another season of Summer House – I know, shocking!”

Imrul then said, “It was an incredible opportunity, and I truly had a lot of fun. I won’t drag this out, but I want to thank you all for supporting my foundation as well. A special shoutout to my castmates for their generous donations and for helping spread the word.”

He concluded his statement by saying, “Overall, it was a really good experience. Would recommend.” Notably, this comes after Imrul had a freshman season where it seemed he had no real interest in bonding with the cast.

Additionally, he didn’t go out to dinner with Andy Cohen and the rest of the Summer House guys after the reunion, which signaled division. Still, many blame the show’s editing for how Imrul was portrayed.
