Taylor Ann Green Opens Up About Her New Relationship with Gaston Rojas: 'Never Felt So Safe' – A Complete Contrast to Her Turbulent Past with Shep Rose!

Southern Charm cast member Taylor Ann Green and her boyfriend Gaston Rojas have a romance that's unlike any other relationship she's been in before. 

Taylor began dating the territory manager in 2023, about a year after her relationship with Shep Rose concluded. 

She gushed about their romance on the April 2 episode of the Live, Laugh, Lies podcast. "Things are going really well," she said, before explaining how Gaston is so unique.

"I have never been in a relationship that I feel so secure," she said. "I've been in really healthy relationships before, but there was always something where I felt kind of anxious. You know, when we're not together, does he think about me? Is he looking at some other girl's Instagram page? Did he like this? It was just constant something was in the back of my head, even though it was a healthy relationship and a great guy. But, I've truly just never felt so safe."

Taylor Ann Green details how her boyfriend Gaston has supported her

Taylor said that Gaston was particularly supportive of her when she was navigating the demise of her friendship with Olivia Flowers on Southern Charm Season 9, and the death of her older brother, Richard Worthington "Worth" Green.

"I think that the biggest way he showed up was just when I was so broken..." Taylor said, referring to what was going on in her life when Season 9 aired. "I had just lost my brother, and I think a lot of people just saw a broken girl, and they're like, 'Oh, I'm going to stay away from that.' But, we went on our accidental date, and we sat and talked for four hours, so he got to hear my whole story. I think he saw a broken person and was like, 'How can I help you pick up the pieces?' That's just how he shows up, and he's very loyal. He gives loyalty and he expects it."

It also helps that Gaston doesn't have the Southern manners that Taylor is accustomed to.

"He will tell you how it is, he's a New Yorker, so he's very up front, he's blunt," she continued on the podcast. "He's like, 'I'll say it to your face.'"
