Taylor Armstrong is one very busy woman. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is a mom to her teen daughter, Kennedy, all while being a life coach and focusing on helping others who have been in a similar position to her. However, she still makes time to have some fun.

The Real Housewives of Orange County alum is currently on vacation with her friends in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and seems to be having the most amazing time. Taylor took to her Instagram Story on Monday, April 14, where she opened up about her latest girls trip. "So fun! I'm super excited!" she noted. "We are going to go out and enjoy this beautiful weather, and here's our little boat day adventure."

In clips from the trip, Taylor can be seen looking as blonde as ever, and so happy to be on a little getaway. Although Florida's climate isn't too different from her home in Southern California, a little east coast sunshine never hurt anyone.

Who is Taylor Armstrong's husband?

 

Taylor is currently married to attorney, John Bluher. The couple tied the knot in 2014, with many of Taylor's former RHOBH cast members in attendance at the wedding. Taylor had previously been married to Russell Armstrong from 2005 to 2011 before he passed away in 2011.

"I definitely believe the universe put John in my path for a reason," Taylor told People in 2014. "We were meant to be. John loves me for exactly who I am. I just know there will never be enough days with him."

Taylor and John currently live in Orange County, California, where they live in the most gorgeous house in Dana Point. The house is complete with a stunning kitchen which is the "epicenter" of their home. "My husband is a fantastic cook, so [the kitchen] is really an epicenter of where we spend time together," she noted in a 2023 house tour for BravoTV.com.

Taylor also showed off their stunning backyard area, which includes a stunning lagoon pool and hot tub, surrounded by lush greenery. "This is why we live in Southern California," she noted at the time.

After appearing on and hosting a number of podcasts, Taylor is currently hosting a wellness course, the "Comeback Queen Course" which is a 12-week guide for people to go from their "rock bottom to reinvention." This course is a "powerful, practical guide designed to help women rise from the hardest chapters of their lives and rewrite their stories with confidence, humor, and grace." She is also the host of the "Comeback Community," a group designed to encourage other women to get back on their feet and prepare for their own comebacks, with the help of monthly Zoom calls.

Taylor is so active on TikTok and Instagram, too, where she shares more of her own story and the adversity that she has overcome in her life. "The world doesn't look at your and say, 'Poor girl, she's been through enough — let's send her a unicorn and a rainbow.' Nope, it hands you another hurdle and says, 'Good luck champ.' That's why we gain tools, not pity," she wrote in the caption of an inspirational late March Instagram Reel. 

Taylor also recently appeared on Investigation Discovery's Hollywood Demons, where she opened up about the abuse she suffered in her former marriage to Russell.

Taylor had appeared as a cast member on RHOBH from Season 1 through Season 3, and also appeared on Season 4 through Season 6. During an October 2020 appearance on Life After Bravo, Taylor explained how she first got introduced to the RHOBH production team to be a part of the cast for the very first season.

"When I originally came on Beverly Hills, Adrienne Maloof and I were really good friends," she recalled. "And the producers reached out to me and I went in for an interview. There was definitely some hesitation to go on Housewives."

Taylor then returned to Bravo in 2023 as a friend to the RHOC Season 17 cast. During her time on the show, Taylor attended parties, hung out with the cast, and even got into it with Heather Dubrow over their acting credits and respective careers. But, Taylor was used to the drama after being on another Housewives franchise years earlier. "I think Beverly Hills was a little more dramatic than Orange County," she told BravoTV.com in June 2023. 

Taylor ended up departing RHOC ahead of Season 18, taking to Instagram to share her statement about the decision. "Loved spending time with the ladies of RHOC and thankful I got to give the viewers an update on my life," she wrote in the Nov. 2023 post. "I've made some real friendships that I cherish. Wishing the ladies all the best for Season 18."

Taylor's only daughter, Kennedy, is a huge part in her life. Kennedy is currently a freshman in college at the University of Arizona, according to Instagram, and keeps a much lower profile than her mom. Taylor spoke with The Daily Dish last May, where she opened up about Kennedy's college decisions.

"She's ready to go to college," she explained. "She's very independent and always has been and she's definitely the kind of kid that could live on her own, like, no problem. She's very put together...she just takes care of herself. She grew up on her own, like I did in a way. So, she just matured really fast and she's ready to go."
