Teddi Mellencamp admitted that she feels “very alone” while battling stage 4 cancer.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 43, took to Instagram Wednesday to share heartbreaking before-and-after photos.
The first picture showed a happy, smiling Mellencamp with a head full of long, blond hair, while the second was a close-up shot of her shaved head, which featured bald spots.
“What a difference 4 months makes,” she lamented in the caption.
“Sometimes I am so focused on ‘being strong’ that I forget I am allowed to be sad, cry it out, and feel very alone,” she continued.
“I love my kids, friends, and family so much and am forever grateful to them but dang today is one of those days.”
Mellencamp then urged those who are also counting down until “bedtime” so they “can start over tomorrow” to drop a red heart emoji in her comments section, adding, “We are not alone.”
The “Two Ts in a Pod” co-host also asked for show and movie recommendations she can watch at home.
She concluded her post with the hashtag “#overyoucancer.”
Mellencamp — the daughter of famed musician John Mellencamp, who is already planning for her burial in their family mausoleum in Indiana — was diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in October 2022.
She underwent more than a dozen surgeries and got a clean bill of health in January 2024.
However, in February 2025, Teddi underwent emergency surgery after “doctors found multiple tumors on [her] brain, which they believe [had] been growing for at least 6 months.”
During the operation, “more tumors were removed than expected.”
In March, Teddi revealed her medical team discovered “more tumors in [her] brain” as well as some in her lungs.
Now, the former Bravolebrity is “fighting for [her] life.”
Teddi shares daughter Slate, 12, son Cruz, 10, and daughter Dove, 5, with her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, who is also dad to daughter Isabella, 16.
