Mellencamp shared a photo of herself in a hospital bed and another of an X-ray of her brain, revealing a number of distinguishable tumors.

On Feb. 12, the reality star said she was going under the knife after “dealing with severe and debilitating headaches” for several weeks.

“Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization. After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe have been growing for at least 6 months,” she wrote via Instagram.

At the time, Mellencamp believed there were only two tumors that had to be removed, while the other three would be treated with radiation “at a later date.”

Kyle Richards and Morgan Wade rushed to Mellencamp’s side at the hospital leading up to her surgery.

Afterward, she was visited by her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, and their three kids: Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 4.

Arroyave gave a brief update on Mellencamp on Feb. 13, revealing the “surgery went well” and he’s never seen her “in so much pain.”

Until Wednesday, Mellencamp hadn’t disclosed how she was doing, despite sharing a sweet photo to honor her daughter Dove’s birthday on Tuesday.

Several people have been eager to hear from the TV personality with several reaching out to her friends for comment.
