Teddi Mellencamp put aside her health battle to give her youngest children Cruz, 10, and Dove, five, the best Easter possible on Sunday.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, who has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, began her morning by sharing a sweet photo of herself and Dove cuddling in bed, writing of the moment: 'Happy Easter. Morning Snuggles.'
Later, there was a knock at the door from the Easter Bunny who had a special delivery for the kids who were each presented with a basket filled with goodies.

Teddi, Cruz and Dove later sat on the sofa and posed for a picture with the Easter Bunny while their big sister, Slate, 12, was at a horse riding competition for the weekend.
On Saturday, Teddi pushed herself to dye some eggs for a hunt at her house where she threw a party for the littles, with the help of some friends.
She also took time to wish her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, 48, a happy birthday.
'Happy birthday Edwin!' she wrote next to a family photo from when Dove was a baby.
'No matter where life takes us I know we’re both proud of what we’ve created for the kiddos.'
