Teen Mom alum Kailyn Lowry had a powerful message to fans to “think twice” about getting plastic surgery after having three new procedures done and dealing with the aftermath.

Kailyn, 32, shared her powerful message in a Tuesday, January 7, Instagram video, where she revealed she was doing her makeup for the first time since her surgeries, and that she was “finally able” to shower and walk “without help,” in addition to being able to stand up straight.

“I had a very, very emotional morning, mainly just when I was taking a shower. I just pray that my kids never struggle with their body images enough to mutilate their bodies to be skinny,” the MTV alum said as she began to tear up.

“I think a little nip and tuck in terms of a nose job or a boob job is OK. But to go through this to be skinny is mental illness truly. And I say that with the most respect to anyone going through it,” Kailyn confessed.

The Pride Over Pity author said she was “struggling this time around” after getting work done. Kailyn said she wasn’t sure if it was because she has a daughter now after previously having all sons, even though she admitted that she also didn’t want her boys “to ever experience this level of body dysmorphia.”

The mom of seven then went into detail about when and what surgeries she had done and how those kept her apart from fiancé Elijah Scott over the holidays.

“I was basically willing to go to any length and do this over Christmas break to be skinny, even if it meant that Elijah couldn’t be there for me. Even if it meant that I was in another state for Christmas … I was willing to go to any freaking length for it,” she confessed.

Kail then got to the point of what surgeries she had. “I was going for a breast reduction then I was like, ‘You know what, I should just add some lipo 360, add some tummy tuck in,” even though her old tummy tuck scar and c-section scars “were fine.”
