Taking to Instagram, she showed off her stunning figure in snaps shared to followers.
With roses pictured next to Farrah, the caption read: "Awwh I got surprised."
Before Teen Mom, Farrah appeared in an episode of fellow MTV reality series 16 and Pregnant.
She gave birth to her daughter, Sophia Laurent Abraham, in February 2009.
Although Teen Mom originally ended in 2012, it returned for a second run beginning in 2015.
There have also been several subsequent spin-off shows in the years since.
In 2022, Farrah featured as a guest in recent follow-up Teen Mom: Family Reunion.
She also competed in the UK's Celebrity Big Brother back in 2015, being the fifth person evicted.
It comes as The U.S. Sun recently revealed the real future of Teen Mom.
Multiple sources have told The U.S. Sun that despite Brittany DeJesus' sister's assertion that the show is over, that's not the case- at least not yet.

One Teen Mom source said: "It has not been canceled, everyone is still on a filming break."
That insider added that while the cast is on break, they have not yet been told when filming will resume.
Meanwhile, another source close to production simply said it was "false" that the show was canceled.
That insider said that production has been waiting for the green light from MTV on a new season, but there has been no cancellation at this time.
As The U.S. Sun previously reported, Briana DeJesus' sister, Brittany, said in an emotional TikTok "I feel emotionally unstable today. Everything is making me cry."
"Everything's making me upset. People on the internet are f****** mean," the Teen Mom: Next Chapter star added.
Brittany responded to a fan’s question about her financial situation and whether her sister, who is part of the main cast, would step in to support her.
Brittany responded: "I ain't broke no more because I ended up getting my money and my sister doesn't give me money, MTV gives me money LOL.
"But the show canceled, so bye, bye to those checks LMAO."
According to an exclusive report from The U.S. Sun, MTV executives have allegedly been aware of when the beloved series would eventually come to a close.
"Show executives always planned for the show to end when the original kids turned 16," a show insider exclusively told The U.S. Sun.
"This has been told to the cast for years. But who knows what the network will ultimately decide."
