MACI Bookout has shocked fans with her more natural appearance as her new series awaits its upcoming premiere.

The Teen Mom star was featured in an Instagram Post by Bastian the Talking Terrier as she held the adorable pup in her arms.

Maci, 32, posed outside on a cold day, wearing sneakers, white joggers, a few layered zip-ups, and a fleece head wrap to keep her ears covered.

The MTV star had her hair tied up into a high messy bun and appeared to have no makeup on, showing off her natural skin without any filters applied.

Taking to Reddit, one fan claimed Maci looked "unrecognizable" without heavy makeup on.

However, others were happy to see a more "real" version of the reality star and praised her for her appearance.

"Yeah, I came to say, she looks like every other tired a** mom in their 30's," a second replied.

"Different? Yes. Normal, also yes," a third added.

"She looks way better without the makeup and filters. Sad that women (rightfully) feel they have to alter their natural faces so much just to fit in with society," a fourth believed.

"The heavy makeup on reunions age her so much," someone else added.

"I love pics like this, it's refreshing to see people look like themselves instead of the smoothed out, filtered version that looks like everyone else," said another.

Amid her latest feature on IG, MTV recently dropped the first trailer for the upcoming season of Teen Mom: Family Reunion - which teases a drama-filled arc for the star.

Season 2 of Family Reunion premieres on Wednesday, March 13, at 8:00 pm EST.

The clip showed Maci breaking down in tears while discussing marital woes with her husband, Taylor McKinney.

The Teen Mom star has been open about her relationship struggles in the past and has continued to hint at possible issues on social media.

Maci and Taylor tied the knot in October 2016 and are parents to two kids: Jade, seven, and Maverick, six.

She alluded to having trouble by claiming Taylor made a remark about her parenting of Jade.

"He said he would not want his daughter to become the mother that I am," Maci said while choking back tears.

The 16 & Pregnant alum is also a mom to a 15-year-old son, Bentley, with her ex, Ryan Edwards, 36.

In July, Maci confessed she and Taylor's relationship struggled while dealing with Ryan's legal issues.

Maci's ex has been in and out of prison for the last year due to drugs, harassment, and other charges.
