Taking to her Instagram, Mackenzie shared a very personal moment with her fans. She posted up a photo of a note and the wallet from her mom that had a message in it. She captioned it by saying she went “to New York countless times but never without my momma.” Recently, she went on a trip to New York, and described it as “hard.” That’s because they always enjoyed going there together. So, feeling “lonely,” Mackenzie cried.

While very sad and missing her mom, Mackenzie said she also felt “thankful” for the good times she had there with Angie. Explaining how she discovered the note, the Teen Mom star wrote, “I opened my suit case after arriving and who knows how this wallet got here but it did. Mom, you figured out how to come with me. Thank you 💗.” Well, the note said something so beautiful, it probably made her day.

The note to Angie said how “proud” she was of her daughter. And, she also described Mackenzie as an “overcomer.” Angie also said, “You helped me become a better mom.” After saying that she “can’t wait” to see what Mackenzie does with the rest of her life, she ended with, “Love you to the moon and back, Mom.” Well, TV Shows Ace reported about the passing of Angie in December, so it’s not that long ago. No doubt, Mackenzie feels both sadly raw and elated at the same time.
