Mackenzie announced her pregnancy with twins in March after fans watched her IVF journey with Khesanio on Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.
On an episode of the MTV show, Mackenzie learned at the time of her embryo transfer that she was still married to her ex-husband.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal Mackenzie remains married to Josh today, as no divorce has been filed in Palmetto, Florida or Miami, Oklahoma, where her ex-husband currently resides.
SHOCK DIVORCE NEWS
On Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, Mackenzie learned the divorce news from her lawyer.
“We have been fully divorced for a year and a half maybe,” Mackenzie said on the episode. “When I was going through the divorce, I was in a financially really, really rough spot so I just drew up whatever I could online. We signed it and we didn’t go to court.”
When the lawyer brought up their parenting plan, Mackenzie said, “He has access to the kids every school break. He said okay. If I don’t have to pay child support, I will provide transportation. He has not done that.
“He never worked, never helped, never did anything. I get in this new relationship and he picks up all the pieces.”
Mackenzie asked if something were to happen to her, would her three children Gannon, Jaxie and Broncs go to Josh or Khesanio, as he is the one raising them.
The lawyer confirmed the children would go to their father, unless he agreed for Khesanio to adopt them.

She then said that she “looked up” the filing and that Mackenzie is “not divorced” from Josh, leaving the soon-to-be mom of five shocked.
The U.S. Sun previously reported on the couple's parenting plan dated February 19, 2024.
Mackenzie agreed to take on the majority of the child care as Josh was appointed a long distance caretaker.
She was granted most of the kids' breaks, but Josh will see them on New Year's Day, Father's Day, 4th of July and Christmas.
Josh also gets the kids over their winter, spring, and five weeks of summer school breaks.
He agreed to pay for all transportation.
Mackenzie will see the kids on 300 nights and 295 days while Josh will see them on 65 nights and 59 days.

DOUBLE THE JOY
Mackenzie revealed she is pregnant with twins on The Drew Barrymore Show.
This came after Mackenzie brought Teen Mom viewers on her IVF journey.
Mackenzie had a tubal ligation following the birth of her youngest child, which makes it almost impossible to conceive naturally.
She explored the option of having it reversed, but was told the chances of success were low.
Mackenzie explained to her Instagram followers, "So I had to go through IVF because I got my tubes tied when I was 21 years old.
"Fast forward to now and I met my wonderful partner and decided I wanna complete my family and I want to have one more baby."
"So we decided to do IVF."
The mom-of-three explained 15 eggs were removed during surgery, which led to four frozen embryos for implantation.
