Corey Simms has a good sense of humor while he's talking to his daughters about expectations.

The father of three, who shares twin daughters Aliannah and Aleeah, 15, with ex Leah Messer, picks the girls up from a day at school on the Thursday, Feb. 27 episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter. He then shares some thoughts about their upcoming homecoming dance.
"So for the dance, you know the basic dad rules of be good. Don't do nothing you shouldn't do. Don't feel pressured into doing something that you shouldn't do, that you know you shouldn't do," Corey tells the twins.
"Hands above the waist, stand at least a half a foot, probably, apart. We're not twerking. We're not grinding," he says,
Laughing, Aleeah jokingly says, "Hey, I'm gonna twerk."
"We're not. This is not the club. This is a high school dance," Corey says with a smirk, before adding, "Hi Ali, I'm talking to you mostly."
At home, Leah was also thinking about what the milestone moment meant.
"It's the twins' homecoming week. The first dance I went to was my junior year prom. I had just started dating Corey and I'm like 99% sure that's when the twins were made. And it is 100% my goal to make sure that Ali and Aleeah do not have that same experience that I did."
In addition to the twins, Leah shares daughter Adalynn, 11, with ex Jeremy Calvert. Corey is also dad to daughter Remi, 9, with wife Miranda.
Another recent episode saw the co-parents teaming up to talk to Aliannah about the importance of using her wheelchair.
"We've taught her to use her voice so much... This is where I think we're going to have a lot of tornados, little twisters, pop up. She's gonna say, 'Well, y'all said to use my voice and now I'm using my voice and y'all's not listening,' " Corey said of their little girl.
"That is so hard because she hasn't accepted that she has muscular dystrophy yet, so if I tell her, 'You won't be walking behind people,' or 'People won't be helping you,' she's like, 'Well I won't ask for nothing,'" Leah agreed. "She's very strong-willed and I love that."
