Kailyn Lowry doesn’t have time for rumors.
In fact, the Teen Mom alum and her fiancé Elijah Scott subtly confirmed their relationship is alive and well among reports they’d split due to him cheating.
In a TikTok video, Kailyn and Elijah—who share kids Rio, 2, and 16-month-old twins Verse and Valley—stare at the screen with blank faces and blink, as words above their head read, “When fake news hits the group chat.”
Kailyn captioned the April 7 post, “Wrapping up our Sunday reading about ourselves.”
Fans of the couple were quick to express their relief that the couple is still going strong, with one user writing in the comment section, “KAIL IVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY TO SEE A VIDEO IN MY LIFE.”
And in response to one user who praised the couple’s reaction to “the drama everyone’s trying to create,” Kailyn replied, “The s--t we’ve been reading is wild.”
But in the 14 years since making her MTV debut, the mom of seven has learned how to deal with internet trolls.
“I would say it doesn't bother me, but it absolutely did,” Kailyn admitted to E! News in September of dealing with online hate in the past. “I was absolutely still looking. I was reading the comments. I was checking up on the troll pages."

Now, she opts to disengage, adding, "I just don't care. I don't want to see it."
Because the 32-year-old—who is also mom to sons Isaac, 15, Lincoln, 11, Lux, 7, and Creed, 4, from previous relationships—has come to an important realization.
“Everyone has skeletons, everyone has things that they don't want the public to know, everyone is messing up sometimes,” she explained. “And so I just humanize everyone. And if people don't want to humanize me, I don't want any part in it, because you clearly see from a completely different lens than I do."
The New York Times bestselling author also gushed over how Elijah has adapted to her busy—and very public—life.

"I don't know how Elijah just seamlessly folded into this chaos and he handles it so well," she shared. "I think he was like, 'OK, if we're going to make this work, I'm just going to do it, no questions asked and just figure it out as we go.'"
Kailyn added that when it comes to Elijah being her “polar opposite,” their differences are actually assets.
“When I'm having frantic moments or concerned about things, he's very cool, calm and collected,” she explained. “It's a really good balance. And my kids absolutely love him. So that also is a huge, huge, huge help."
