Teen Mom star Kristina Shirley shows off drastic weight loss in black and gold swimsuit on family cruise

TEEN Mom star Kristina Shirley showed off her incredible weight loss in a black-and-gold swimsuit during a sun-soaked family cruise.

Kristina, 39, and her husband Gary, 38, have both undergone major transformations in recent years after committing to a healthier lifestyle - and fans have definitely taken notice.

In a new batch of holiday snaps posted to Instagram, Kristina looked radiant in a green floral dress and posed for a glowing mother-daughter selfie in her swimwear.

The photos, shared by her stepdaughter Leah, captured the family enjoying a vacation in Florida and aboard the Mardi Gras cruise.

Leah captioned the post: “Vacation with my family in Florida and on the Mardi Gras cruise!! @kristina_shirley3 @itsgarytime.”

The couple’s changing appearances have sparked a wave of reactions online, with fans heaping them with praise.

In one photo reposted by a Teen Mom fan account, Gary and Kristina stood side-by-side showing off their slimmed-down figures.

Gary rocked a black tee, shorts, and a backward cap, while Kristina looked effortlessly stylish in a two-tone tank top and cutoff denim shorts.

'SKINNY LEGENDS'

One fan wrote: "Wow, you guys have shrunk.. You both look healthy and happy."

"U two look great and healthy!" another commented.

A third wrote in: "Wow! Gary looks great. Congratulations!"

Some fans also took to Reddit to comment their praises on the couple's weight loss progression.

"Wow didn't know this was a thing but I'm happy to see it. Took years off them!" one user claimed.

"Skinny legends! Love this health conscious journey for them. It’ll be good for their girls," a second replied.

A third wrote: "Wow!! Gary lost so much weight. I will always love them. They seem like great parents and people."

Another raved: "They both look fantastic, and so healthy!!"

BIKINI BABE

Kristina, who is usually very modest on her social media, previously revealed her new look in a black bikini in Leah's birthday tribute.

"Happy birthday momma! I love you so much," Leah gushed on Instagram in May.

Last summer, Kristina left fans stunned as she posed in tight black shorts and a royal blue tank top with her girls.

One fan wrote, "You look fantastic," before bluntly asking, "Did you have surgery?"

Kristina replied, "Thank you!! No, I did not have any surgeries. Eating healthier and working out."

Gary and Kristina are parents to Emilee, 10, and Leah, 16. (Leah's biological mom is Gary's ex Amber Portwood, 35, though the teen does not currently have a relationship with her.)

Kristina is also mom to daughter Karly with her ex-husband, though she does not appear on social media or TV.

HEALTH IS WEALTH

Through it all, it seems like Gary and Kristina have still continued to prioritize their health.

In 2023, Gary confirmed on Instagram that he was undergoing a surgery on his nose.

Wearing a gray T-shirt, a baseball cap, and a blue face mask, Gary stared into the camera and explained what was happening in his caption.

"Time for everyone’s favorite, Surgery. I hate it I hate it I hate it," he began.

"Going for sinus surgery, got narrow passages and doing some other stuff in there. (No it’s not from the toot) your prayers are appreciated and welcomed."

He continued: "Thanks for @kristina_shirley3 my nurse whose gonna help me recover," before joking: "Prayers to the doctors as well as the gas passes thru me."

This came just one year after the father of two underwent surgery for carpal tunnel.

At the time, Kristina posted a series of photos from inside the hospital as well as a few post-procedure pics as she provided a medical update.

She revealed that the TV personality underwent a "bilateral endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery."

Kristina returned to the platform a short time later, saying the surgery went well.
