Actress Leah Messer and her partner, Jaylan Mobley, have split, two months after getting engaged.
The "Teen Mom" star, 30, and her 26-year-old fiance announced the news in separate Instagram posts, while expressing gratitude for the good times they had together.
"While the past year has been incredibly exciting for both of us, we've realized it's best to go our separate ways," they said.
"We are so grateful for the lessons, growth and memories we have had in this relationship. "Many of you have watched our love story unfold and we hope you will continue to watch our stories as we move forward as friends," the former couple wrote.
"We will forever have love and respect for each other and ask for privacy as we refocus and move on from this chapter together," they concluded the statement.
The pair announced their engagement in an Instagram post in August.
Mobley proposed on the beach, writing: “Two souls, one heart. It's official"
"I can't even express how I feel. I wanted this moment to be the perfect moment for him,” Jaylan told People at the time.
