Teen Mom star Mackenzie McKee has secretly tied the knot.
Just weeks before welcoming twin baby girls, Mackenzie and her fiancé of one year, Khesanio Hall, got married on April 11 in a quiet ceremony at a courthouse in Bradenton, Florida, according to a marriage license obtained by TMZ.
The outlet noted that fan speculation that the couple, both 30, got married began when Mackenzie recently shared a hospital photo via Instagram showing her bracelet labeled "Mackenzie Hall."

Earlier this month, the couple exclusively confirmed to PEOPLE that their twin daughters Ja’Kharie Angie and Ja’Meikah Angella Hall were born at 31 weeks on June 2. Baby Ja'Kharie was born first at 7:08 p.m. ET, weighing 5 lbs., while Ja'Meikah came at 7:11 p.m. ET, weighing 5 lbs., 2 oz.
“I can’t even put into words how magical this moment is for us!" Mackenzie told PEOPLE at the time. "I am so thankful to have just given birth to two beautiful and strong girls, and I can’t wait to see them grow into the queens that God desires them to be.”
Khesanio added, “Mackenzie has done so well with our beautiful girls and I’m super proud of her! Ja’Kharie and Ja’Meikah came out so smoothly and all three of them are doing well, thank God! This is easily the happiest day of my life!”
The new arrivals join older siblings Broncs, 7, Jaxie, 10, and Gannon, 13. Mackenzie shares these three children with her ex-husband Josh McKee. The former couple wed in 2013 and announced their split in 2022.
Khesanio proposed to Mackenzie in May 2024, 16 months after the couple publicly debuted their relationship in January 2023.
"I can not believe I get to marry the most amazing human on earth! My best friend. I love you so much," Mackenzie wrote in the caption of an Instagram post announcing her engagement on May 29, 2024. She shared four photos from her oceanside proposal, including a snap of Khesanio proposing down on one knee, and a shot of them popping bottles of champagne.

Mackenzie McKee and Khesanio HallIn June 2024, Mackenzie opened up to PEOPLE about her engagement news and revealed how her "perfect" beach proposal came to be.
"I had my dad, sisters and best friend in town. We decided to all dress up for a photo shoot and head to the beach," the reality television star shared at the time.
"When I arrived at the beach, I saw my man there, ready to ask me to marry him," she gushed. "The first thing that came to my mind was, 'Oh my God, I am loved. I get to marry this man that I love so much.' "
Mackenzie noted that she thought her late mom Angie Douthit, who died of cancer in 2019, was there in spirit.
"I know Khess is my soulmate. Not a day goes by where I have doubts," she said. "He never ceases to amaze me with how much thought goes into important events. The only thing missing was my mom, but I’m confident she was there."
