TEEN Mom Nathan Griffith has officially been sentenced to up to four years in prison - and the judge gave him a stern warning in the courtroom.

The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans' ex and father to her middle child, Kaiser, has been sentenced after his latest arrest for domestic violence.

A source close to the case confirmed that the judge assigned the troubled former MTV star a sentencing range of 14 to 48 months in prison, with the possibility of an early release after nine months if he performs well under the good behavior program.

According to the sentencing filing, Nathan was given a "maximum of 48 with a minimum parole eligibility of 14 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections."

This was Nathan's second arrest for domestic violence involving an alleged strangulation of a woman close to him in the jurisdiction of Clark County.

Nathan was given 11 days credit for time served.

His sentence is for both of his domestic violence arrests in Las Vegas, and the time will run concurrently.

Nathan was also previously arrested in Florida in 2023 for domestic battery by strangulation, though that case was dropped when the alleged victim became uncooperative.

An eyewitness at the hearing said Nathan's estranged wife, May Oyola, and the 21-year-old ex-girlfriend Anastasia Biddle, as well as his sister Heather Griffith, who had also previously accused Nathan of strangling her in Vegas in 2023, were all in attendance.

"Nathan pleaded for leniency, but the judge said he had been in her courtroom too many times for that.

"The judge told him 'You are a danger to others and you're going to kill someone.'"

The insider said Nathan cried as his sentence was handed down.

"Nathan was really tearful and remorseful. Everyone was crying, it was a really hard experience."

The former Teen Mom star is expected to spend his first few months behind bars at the Clark County Detention Center before he is transferred to a prison, possibly Nellis Federal Prison Camp, according to the source.

"Nathan's attorney really tried everything he could, but the judge said she had given Nathan enough chances, and that this wasn't even his first probation violation," they added.

The former MTV star was on probation for strangling his sister in 2023 when he was arrested for strangling his young girlfriend.

"His attorney tried to use Nathan's military service in asking for a lighter sentence or to try to serve some of the sentence out on probation but the judge basically was like we've tried everything here," the insider said.

Nathan served time in the Marines, and has told The U.S. Sun that he now suffers from a traumatic brain injury and PTSD as a result.

The insider continued, "They tried different programs to put him in, they've tried rehab, they tried halfway houses, they've tried so many things with him.

"The judge was just like we tried everything and we can't anymore."

INSIDE NATHAN'S PLEA DEAL

As The U.S. Sun previously revealed, Nathan agreed "to serve a sentence of 14 to 48 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections," as part of a plea deal.

According to the document, Nathan agreed to plead guilty to the charge in part because of his prior plea agreement from 2023, when he pleaded guilty to a slightly lesser charge of "attempted battery by strangulation" in a case involving his sister.

Should he face any new criminal charges "including reckless driving or DUI, but excluding minor traffic violations," the State of Nevada may "increase my sentence as a habitual criminal, from five to 20 years, or a definite 25-year team with the possibility of parole after 10 years."

DOWNWARD SPIRAL

After his late-night arrest in April, Nathan was immediately taken into custody in Las Vegas, his hometown.

During an April 24 court hearing, Nathan was ordered to remain in jail and was issued a no-contact order, prohibiting him from contacting his ex-girlfriend.

Anastasia later confirmed to her followers that she was the victim in the incident.

She also shared, and then quickly deleted, an audio clip in which Nathan appeared to ask her not to attend his next court hearing in hopes of having the case dropped.

Anastasia announced that their relationship is officially over and has removed all photos of Nathan from her Instagram profile.

Jenelle, 33, told fans that Nathan called her after his altercation with Anastasia, and despite claiming he hasn’t seen their son Kaiser in two years, she offered to assist him.

Both Jenelle and Nathan currently live in Las Vegas.
