Jenelle's boyfriend called 911 in August.

On August 31, August (real name Daniel Miranda) dialed 911 to request assistance in leaving Jenelle’s Las Vegas home, according to the call obtained by The Ashley’s Reality Round-Up. August told the 911 operator, “My girlfriend got super drunk tonight, and she’s been hitting me all night. I’d like to be protected to make sure that I grab my stuff…I just want to get outta the house safe.”

Ultimately, no one was arrested.

Elsewhere in the call, August alleged that Jenelle “takes pills,” smokes weed and drinks. He alleged at the time that Jenelle had 12 drinks that night. Although police did show up to help with the situation, August declined to press charges. Jenelle was not arrested.

Jenelle broke her silence about the incident in October.

On October 11, Jenelle broke her silence on the situation. “Me and August have been best friends for so many years,” she said in a statement shared with Celebuzz. “We have argued less then 5 times within 7-8 years. Our bond is so much stronger then one bad night.”

Jenelle added, “That night is far behind us and we’re just focused on future possibilities.

August also spoke out about what happened.

In an October 11 statement shared with Us Weekly, August also addressed the incident.

“This happened some time ago,” he told the publication. “Me and Jenelle have moved past this and are in a really good place right now. There’s so much to look forward to, and we’re just focused on the future and family. We have some exciting things coming up and can’t wait to share.”

August also noted that his reference to “pills” was about Jenelle’s prescribed anxiety medication.

“And I want to make it clear that no children were around nor were we at her house at the time of disagreement,” he added.” We were out late and [the] kids were at home asleep. People keep bringing up the pill thing and saying her children were around. Wanted to clarify these two concerns and rumors.”

On his Instagram Story, August said he has 'zero tolerance for violence.'

In an October 11 Instagram Story post, August also seemingly referenced the 911 call.

“Seems like some old stuff was pulled up recently. No, I was not hit, I have a zero tolerance for violence and would not stick around any [domestic violence] situations,” he wrote, per Us Weekly.

He added, “I wanted to be escorted out with some of my stuff. I don’t like alcohol, because in heated moments, things can escalate. I wanted for the both of us to end the night safely. [I] thought a mediator at that moment could help us call it a night.”

August concluded, “My intentions were to never get any of us in any trouble, on the contrary, I highly respect and love her very much. And FYI, no children were around at any point. I think if the police saw anything fishy, they would have done [their] job.”
