The Bachelor: After Juliana Pasquarosa Confirmed Her Feud With Litia Garr, I'm Convinced She's The Mean Girl, Not Litia

Knowing Grant was conflicted about choosing Juliana over Litia removes the sense of romance the show tries to foster, but still. Juliana ended up being his choice, and he blindsided Litia by telling her he wasn't her "person" before sending her home. Litia couldn't hide her emotions, her eyes wide in shock as he said it. Grant had been telling her, even up until the night before, that she would be his pick. She even told him, upon leaving, "For me, the switch-up is crazy. I’m disappointed. I just want to be so clear that I’m confused, and I’m sad, and I’m mad."

Juliana Was Reportedly Stirring The Pot On The Show

Carolina Made Accusation Against Juliana

Carolina Sofia Quixano left an impression after appearing on The Bachelor. Her drama became a central storyline throughout the early episodes, but she was brutally sent home before the hometown dates. On the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast, Carolina recounted how Juliana pulled her aside during a tense moment to ask Carolina why she was still competing for Grant if she wasn't sure about her feelings for him. Looking back, Carolina feels this was Juliana's way of "stir[ring] the pot," as US Weekly reported.

If Carolina's instincts are correct, it was a foul move on Juliana's part. Of course, it's reality TV, so viewers are signing up for a bit of pot-stirring, as Carolina would know. But whatever Juliana's motives were, she ended up winning in the end, so perhaps it was worth it.

Juliana Isn't Close To Anyone From The Season 29 Cast

The Women Are Team Litia

Juliana appeared on Nick Viall's The Viall Files podcast on April 1. When asked about the response from the other women on the season to Juliana's win, she said that she was surprised to find that they were supporting Litia. US Weekly reported that Juliana said she was hurt by the women's response.

"I wasn't super reached out to by a lot of the girls that I, maybe, thought I would have been reached out to by. I think when the AFR came and I had reached out to a few girls from my season that were gonna come to the actual live filming of it, I was told that they were coming in support of Litia. I was like, 'Oh s*** I didn’t know sides were being taken like that.' I tried to phrase it in a way that was like, 'The more the merrier.' That's when I think I kind of learned the reality."

Is Juliana The Real Mean Girl, Not Litia?

Juliana Is Defending Her Relationship

Juliana has been on the defensive since getting engaged to Grant. Grant has faced criticism, with fans feeling like he misled many of the women, especially Litia. According to Litia, Grant "raised the stakes" with her each week, making promises he couldn't fulfill. As the chosen one, Juliana has to contend with that narrative, and since she's in a relationship with Grant, she's going to defend him and his actions.

Juliana flew under the radar, and it was somewhat of a surprise for everyone when Grant chose her.

Whatever his reasoning was, Grant made the right decision for himself. He can't control how the women and the public responds to his decision, but he needs to stand by it now.
