The Bachelor Season 29 Power Ranking: Who Has The Best Chance Of Receiving A Hometown Date With Grant Ellis?

Throughout The Bachelor season 29, Grant and the women have spent time in Los Angeles, and have also traveled to Madrid, Spain. In episode 5, they'll continue their journey in Edinburgh, Scotland, where Grant will have to say goodbye to three more women, in order to narrow down the group to the four whose families he wants to meet during his hometown dates. As Grant continues his search for his future wife, here's who has the best chance of receiving a hometown date from him.

The Bachelor's Grant Ellis holds a red rose, with the contestants lined up behind him.

1 The Bachelor Season 29 Contestant Litia Garr

Grant Has Told Litia That He Could Fall For Her

The Bachelor season 29 contestant Litia, a 31-year-old venture capitalist from Salt Lake City, Utah, has the deepest connection with Grant. She's the only woman whom he's told he could fall for, and their relationship always seems to progress to another level every time they spend time together. Grant and Litia really seem as though they could be falling in love.

Not only have Grant and Litia been getting closer, but he already met her mother during their one-on-one dinner after a group date at Vanderpump Dogs, when they FaceTimed her. It makes sense that he'd want to meet her in person during a hometown date. Litia probably has the best chance of getting a hometown date with Grant because he can truly see her as his future wife.

2 The Bachelor Season 29 Contestant Dina Lupancu

During The Bachelor season 29 episode 4, Grant took Dina, a 31-year-old attorney from Chicago, Illinois, on a beautiful one-on-one date in Madrid, during which she opened up to him about her life. As part of the date, Dina and Grant visited a shop where people write down wishes, and they both wrote that they wished to be married and have families. The fact that they have the same life goals is very important, and it's a great sign that Grant will choose her for one of his hometown dates.

3 The Bachelor Season 29 Contestant Sarafiena Watkins

While in Madrid, The Bachelor season 29 contestant Sarafiena, a 29-year-old associate media director from New York, New York, and Grant went on a thrilling one-on-one date, during which they went bungee jumping in the rain. This date made Grant and Sarafiena feel much closer to each other after they fought their fears. Later, during dinner, when Grant said that he felt that she was hesitant to go all-in with him because she was afraid of getting hurt, she laughingly admitted that she was holding back when they kissed because her mom was watching.

During their dinner, Grant and Sarafiena bonded over being raised by strong mothers who dealt with a lot of difficulties in their lives. Their one-on-one date brought them much closer to each other, as they shared the details about their lives. Grant and Sarafiena have had a connection for weeks now, so it's highly possible that he'll want to go to her hometown to meet her family.

4 The Bachelor Season 29 Contestant Carolina Sofia

Grant Is Always On Carolina's Side

The Bachelor season 29 contestant Carolina, a 28-year-old public relations producer from Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, has been at the center of the drama since the season began. From her public makeout session with Grant in front of the other women to her drama with Rose Sombke when Rose said that Grant told her that she was thinking about her while he was dancing with Carolina to her conflicts with her fellow contestants about not feeling ready to get engaged, Carolina has continuously dominated Grant's time. However, Grant doesn't seem to mind because he's always on her side, ready to defend and protect her.

Although Grant has given Carolina the benefit of the doubt so far, it's possible that her hometown date could be in jeopardy because he might tire of the conflict. While it seems as though he's interested in pursuing a long-term relationship with her, the preview for The Bachelor season 29 episode 5 teased that even more drama is going to blow up between Carolina and the other women. Grant and Carolina's connection might be strong enough to withstand it, but her doubts might cause him to say goodbye to her, or she might even self-eliminate before he has the chance to meet her family.

5 The Bachelor Season 29 Contestant Zoe McGrady

Zoe Hasn't Had A One-On-One Date With Grant Yet

Grant has been protective of Zoe throughout The Bachelor season 29, even addressing the women after she told him that she felt belittled by them. However, it seems unlikely that Grant would want to meet Zoe's family if they've never had a one-on-one date together. Their relationship simply might not have progressed as far as the others. Even if she receives one in episode 5, it's very late in the game. It's possible that Grant and Zoe's connection just isn't strong enough for him to want to meet her family during a hometown date.

6 The Bachelor Season 29 Contestant Juliana Pasquarosa

Juliana Has Been At The Center Of A Lot Of Drama

The preview for The Bachelor season 29 episode 5 teased that Juliana will receive a one-on-one date, but it might be too late for her. He's spent more time alone with some of the other women, which could mean that he might decide that their relationship hasn't progressed as much as those of the others. Juliana seems to really like Grant, but it's going to be interesting to see if he reciprocates her strong feelings.

7 The Bachelor Season 29 Contestant Alexe Godin

Grant & Alexe's Connection Is Fading After The First One-On-One Date

During episode 4 in Madrid, when Alexe rode a mechanical bull on a group date, she got a concussion, and couldn't even finish the date. This cost her precious time that she really needed with Grant. Although Grant and Alexe might be a great match, time is running out, and he might not feel as though he knows her well enough in order to want to meet her family. Their spark seems to be burning out.

The remaining seven Bachelor season 29 women are all magnificent, but they might not all be good matches for Grant. He has a very big decision to make as he narrows them down to the four women who'll receive his hometown dates. The Bachelor hometown dates have led the star of the show to make his decision about who should receive his Fantasy Suite dates, and, after that, his proposal. Hopefully, Grant will choose the right women, and, in the end, he'll propose to one of them.
