The Bachelor: Signs Joey's Life Isn't So Perfect Anymore (His Career Setback, Breakup Rumors With Kelsey Anderson & Living Situation Are Clues)

Joey Graziadei has been flying high since leaving The Bachelor season 28, but there are recent signs that he may be falling back down to earth. Joey made his television debut during The Bachelorette season 20 - then, he was cast as The Bachelor's leading man, before winning Dancing With The Stars season 33. The 28-year-old went from being a tennis pro in Hawaii to being a major reality television star. He even recently appeared as a reporter on ABC during the Hollywood Rose Parade. Joey's transition from tennis pro to public figure has been nothing short of impressive.

In addition to all of his recent career success, Joey also got engaged at the end of The Bachelor season 28. After dating 32 single women, Joey gave his final rose to Kelsey Anderson, a 26-year-old junior project manager from New Orleans. Since leaving the show, the couple moved in together, and Kelsey has been by Joey's side throughout his career journey. Joey's star was on the rise, but a recent setback could be stalling his career progress, and may cause trouble in his relationship.

Soon after getting engaged on The Bachelor season 28, Joey was cast in Dancing With The Stars season 33, and he really impressed everyone with his dance skills. Joey and his professional dance partner, Jenna Johnson, won the entire show, taking home the highly coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy. Winning a major network show really upped Joey's celebrity status. It was announced that Joey would perform on the DWTS live show.

Joey has already performed on the Dancing With The Stars live show, but, after a month off, his first show back was postponed due to bad weather. Despite the disappointing delay, Joey will have the opportunity to join the show for performances in other cities. Joey's minor career setback doesn't mean he'll never dance live with DWTS, which he's scheduled to keep touring with.

Joey's Dealing With Breakup Rumors

Kelsey's Stuck In Los Angeles

The Bachelor’s Kelsey Anderson and Joey Graziadei look unsure in front of fire.

During a recent Instagram story, Kelsey admitted that she had FOMO about Joey being on tour. Since getting engaged during The Bachelor season 28 finale, Kelsey and Joey have been living together. They moved from New Orleans to Los Angeles, so Joey could film Dancing With The Stars. Once the show was over, they decided to stay in Los Angeles, despite the fact that Kelsey wanted to live in New York. Since then, rumors have swirled about the couple's impending breakup, especially when Kelsey was spotted without her engagement ring.

Kelsey Was Spotted Without Her Engagement Ring

Wear & Tear

Joey and Kelsey live in LA, which was recently ravaged by wildfires. Joey and Kelsey had to evacuate. Thankfully, heroic firefighters got the flames under control, so The Bachelor stars were able to return home quickly. When Kelsey posted a TikTok explaining how grateful she was for their assistance, eagle-eyed fans noticed that Kelsey wasn't wearing her engagement ring. The ring is an emerald-cut diamond on a silver band with two smaller diamonds flanking the main rock. In the TikTok comment section, some fans speculated that the missing ring could mean Kelsey and Joey are no longer engaged.

"Where is your engagement ring?,"

asked one user. Kelsey got so many comments about her missing ring that she finally had to address it in another TikTok. As per Swooon, Kelsey explained that she damaged the ring recently, and one of the diamonds fell out, so the ring needs repair. She went on to say she'd seen a lot of "wear and tear" on the ring since Joey slipped it on her finger during The Bachelor season 28, so she's trying not to wear it around the clock. She plans to remove the ring when she gets home, if she wants to work out, or do anything that could damage it.

The Bachelor seasons 1-28 can be streamed on Hulu.
