Daisy Kent is no longer keeping her relationship with her boyfriend, Thor Herbst, private. The Bachelor Season 28 runner-up didn’t immediately want to jump into a courtship with lots of public displays of affection after her stint on the reality TV show.
In the months since The Bachelor finale, Kent’s romance with Herbst has only gotten stronger. She’s mostly kept her new relationship out of the spotlight, but now she is ready to include him in YouTube vlogs.
Capturing events in her life, the 26-year-old’s Days With Daisy segment follows the influencer through candid self-taken videos. In her January 6 episode, she included the results of a genetic hearing test, her Halloween plans with fellow Bachelor contestant Rachel Nance, and a Minnesota trip home, which included an appearance from Herbst.
Yes, that’s right, the budding couple visited family and bought her toddler niece’s “first car.” But that wasn’t the first time Herbst was heard in the 11-minute clip. A phone call between the two was also shared with Daisy’s followers. In the video, they sweetly said “I love you” to each other.
Prior to Kent’s first vlog, Herbst had been featured in some of her photo dumps on Instagram. Back in August 2024, Kent gushed she was in a “happy relationship” with Herbst.
Kent and Herbst met while attending San Diego State University. While there, the two even dated for a bit. Not working out at that time, their romantic connection blossomed again after The Bachelor.
In Days With Daisy, she also reckoned with the fact that there might be something in her DNA that could’ve caused her hearing loss. This was unexpected as she divulged that no one in her family suffers from hearing loss besides her grandpa but “that’s just because of old age.”
In another part of the segment, Kent and Nance shared the screen together as they got ready for a Halloween party. The best friends explained that they bought matching David Yurman bracelets together at The Grove in Los Angeles and even reminisced about their time on The Bachelor together.
