After finalizing her divorce from Gerry Turner, The Golden Bachelor star Theresa Nist shared the happy news that her daughter, Jen, is pregnant with her fourth child. Theresa, a 70-year-old financial services professional from Shrewsbury, New Jersey, married Gerry, a 72-year-old retired restaurateur, after getting engaged to him during The Golden Bachelor season 1. However, just three months later, they announced that they were getting a divorce because they couldn't decide where to live because neither one of them wanted to leave their family. Theresa was previously married to her late husband, Billy Nist, for 42 years.

In an Instagram post, Theresa revealed that her daughter, Jen, is pregnant, and had shared the news with her more than a month ago. She wrote, "I was beyond thrilled to say the least."
Theresa went on to say, "I am filled with so much joy, wonder, love and gratitude for this new life." She added that the new baby is so fortunate to be able to call her daughter, "Mom," because Jen treats her three boys with "kindness, dignity and respect." Theresa gushed, "I am beyond grateful to be able to be called this baby’s Nana."
Theresa Nist Already Has Six Grandsons

Theresa is already the proud grandmother to six grandsons, including Jen and her husband Matt's three boys, Dempsey, Leo, and Henry. They met Gerry during his Golden Bachelor hometown date with Theresa. Theresa's son, Tommy and his wife, Amanda, also have three sons: Brandon, Brody, and Braxton. During the Golden Wedding, Dempsey, Leo, Brandon, Brody, and Braxton were the junior groomsman, while Henry was the ringbearer. In her post, Theresa marveled, "How lucky am I to have two incredible children who married two other incredible humans who then went on to have six beautiful, amazing boys? And now I am about to have a seventh grandchild?"
Theresa also posted a video of when Jen and her grandsons told her about the pregnancy. Her grandson, Leo, created a hangman game that included the word, "sibling" in order to reveal the happy news. Theresa was so excited that she kicked her feet with glee when she figured out the puzzle. Theresa also shared that Jen had asked her to take photographs of her on the beach for her pregnancy announcement, and she included the pictures in the post. The pictures and video really captured the love that Theresa has for her family, and how much they love her too.
Theresa has been through so much heartache since getting divorced from Gerry, but this news has made her so happy. Theresa is a devoted mother and grandmother, and she puts her family first above all things. It was evident during The Golden Bachelor that Theresa and her family have so much love for each other.
