‘The Valley’ Brittany Cartwright’s Shocking Bar Update

The Valley star, Brittany Cartwright, has a shocking update regarding her bar, Britt’s WeHo. This was supposed to separate her from her estranged husband, Jax Taylor’s bar. So, where does it currently stand, and when will it open? Keep reading for more details.

Brittany Cartwright’s Shocking Bar Update

In Season 1 of The Valley, it was a big deal that Jax Taylor was opening up his own bar. He had previously joked that opening a bar would be the demise of a marriage. Jax saw what his Vanderpump Rules co-stars, Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval went through opening Schwartz & Sandy’s. It wrecked Schwartz’s marriage to Katie Maloney, along with other factors. The bar has since closed, but Jax was smart to align with a pre-existing popular location for Jax’s Studio City. His then-wife, Brittany Cartwright, helped as much as she could, and then, they split. After their marriage ended, she got together with some friends and they donned Britt’s merchandise.

Ultimately, Brittany was approached to open her own bar which she was thrilled over. It was to be called Britt’s WeHo, and it would go in conjunction with Jax’s bar. Brittany revealed that it would be open by March 2025 at the latest, but that has not happened, and it likely never will. The deal has been terminated, and there are new managers at the West Hollywood locale. However, the new management stated the deal was over before they came in. An insider shared more insight as to what has transpired:

“Britt’s WeHo was never part of the deal with a new team taking over and they do not have any plans to open it in the future. The deal was terminated before they were involved at all. It wasn’t their call and had nothing to do with Brittany.”

Fans Wanted This Bar

When Brittany Cartwright posed with her Valley co-stars in Britt’s Studio City shirts back in August 2024, her followers really wanted it to be real:

Now that it is not happening, it is very sad. She has made major moves since ending her marriage, including taking over the When Reality Hits podcast. So, now that the dream is over, what was the fan reaction, and were they shocked?

• She, like Jax, was never going to actually own or manage the bar. She was going to license her name to be used. The new management figured she wasn’t enough of a draw, probably isn’t going to be on TV much longer and said no thanks.
• I was kind of always shocked they offered her this deal in the first place.
• Why was this even a thing

It does not seem many people cared or were even surprised that it is not happening. Hopefully, if this is something Brittany Cartwright really wants, she will get it.
