“This Day Is Just for Us” — Kaity Biggar and Zach Shallcross Say No to Bachelor Nation at Their Wedding

Kaity Biggar and Zach Shallcross’ upcoming nuptials will not be featuring familiar Bachelor Nation faces.

Why No Bachelor Nation Alum Are Attending Zach Shallcross and Kaity Biggar's Wedding

“No one is coming from Bachelor Nation actually,” Biggar, 30, wrote in a Tuesday, June 3, Instagram Story Q&A, alongside a frowny face. She also shared a video of her posing with fellow alum Ariel Frenkel, Gabi Elnicki, Mercedes Northup and Jess Girod.

“It’s such a small wedding so just immediate family!” Biggar wrote.

The couple has yet to reveal when they are tying the knot, but Biggar teased that the wedding date is approaching. “I would keep the eyes peeled this month,” Biggar wrote via her Instagram Story Q&A on Tuesday.

Biggar and Shallcross, 28, got engaged on season 27 of The Bachelor in 2023 after he sent home Elnicki, now 27.

“I can no longer say I’m falling in love with you, because, Kaity Lane, I am so in love with you. You are my world,” Zach said during the finale before proposing. “The love I feel for you is something I could’ve never imagined and something I thought a lot of my life I would never be able to deserve. I love you so much. I love you with all my heart. You’re the face I want to wake up to every morning. I want to go through life with you and only you. Kaity, I want to be with you forever. … You’re the only one I want in my life. … Kaity, will you marry me?”

Shallcross popped the question to Biggar for a second time less than two years later. In a November 2024 Instagram post, Biggar shared a photo of her showing off her engagement ring while the couple toasted with a drink and cozied up to each other on a boat in other shots.

“How lucky am I to get to say ‘yes’ to you twice! 💍🤍,” Biggar wrote.

In March, Biggar announced that she and Shallcross put their nuptials on the calendar.

“OFFICALLY [sic] have the date we are getting married!! 💍 📅 🤍,” she captioned a joint Instagram post with Shallcross featuring a series of sweet moments from their relationship. She wrote over the video alongside a middle finger emoji, “When they say you’ll never make it as a couple.”

Two months later, Biggar shared that she picked out her wedding dress while sharing a behind-the-scenes look of her trying on several gowns.

“Tried on the most stunning gowns with @pronoviasofficial at their Austin location and…I can finally say I’ve said YES TO THE DRESS!” she captioned the May TikTok. “I can’t wait for you to see the exact one I chose!! Let the countdown begin.”
