Tom Sandoval Claims Rachel Leviss’ Team Offered To Drop Charges if He Blamed NBCUniversal for Scandoval

Did Rachel Leviss offer to drop her lawsuit against Tom Sandoval? The Vanderpump Rules star claimed just as much about his former costar. Allegedly, Rachel’s legal team told him what he had to do to make the lawsuit disappear.

Of course, fans should take anything Tom says with a grain of salt, even if Rachel is highly suspect. With the revenge porn lawsuit raging on, it’s not hard to imagine that either one might do or say anything to make the other one look bad. So, what exactly did Tom say this time?

Tom Sandoval and friends claim Rachel Leviss is “all about the money”

On the October 23 episode of his podcast, Tom made a pretty striking claim about Rachel and her legal team. “Her team came to my team,” he said. “And basically offered to drop all the charges against me if I were to blame … the way the affair was found out on NBCUniversal.” Essentially, Tom would have to confess that NBCU “put [him] up to it.”

Tom’s girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, said, “That tells you that it did not hurt her as much as she says it does. And that it’s all about the money.” Tom agreed; “It’s all about the f*cking money,” he said. When @thebravobabe_ reported on the situation via Twitter, she received an alleged response from Rachel’s lawyer.

Via DM, Bryan Freeman allegedly wrote, “This is an outlandish lie. Let’s not forget the source of this information is Tom Sandoval, who illegally and secretly recorded Rachel Leviss in a sexually compromising situation without her knowledge or consent while cheating on his girlfriend.” The lawyer emphasized that Tom “cannot be trusted.”

Freeman went on to outline why the information was unreliable. They outlined the incorrect legal jargon Tom used, and how the information must’ve come from Tom’s previous lawyer whom he fired. “If he did hear this from his now fired lawyer, why would he trust it as being true[?]” Freeman asked.

Vanderpump Rules is streaming on Peacock.
