Tom Schwartz has quite a few tattoos on his forearm, and now, he's giving us a close-up view of all the details.
On March 9, the Vanderpump Rules alum showed off his arm with all its ink, joking, "Arm is now a tourist trap." The Minnesota native was seemingly referring to all the references to states and locales on his arm, including an "I [love New York" tattoo, the outline of Minnesota in white, plus the outline of the state of Florida in white (Tom studied pre-med at Florida State University after high school before getting into modeling). He also has "23" stamped in red, and although we don't know the specific meaning of that tattoo, perhaps it relates to some locale special to Tom.
Tom also appeared to have added some new ink since the last time we checked in on him: what appeared to be a flower or floral-shaped object and "Love mom" inked in white.
Another look at Tom's arm before he added the new ink:
Does Tom Schwartz still have his "Bubba" tattoo?
Yes, Tom still has the "Bubba" tattoo.
As Vanderpump Rules viewers know, Tom and his ex-wife, Katie Maloney, frequently referred to each other as "bubba" during their relationship. Then, in 2015, Tom even got a "Bubba" tattoo on his right butt cheek to show his commitment to Katie. Following their 2022 divorce, fans wondered if Tom would keep the ink, and as it turns out, he's kept the design in tact.
During Part 3 of Peacock's extended Vanderpump Rules reunion, host Andy Cohen asked Tom if he had covered up the tattoo. Schwartz quickly responded, "No!" and confirmed he has no plans to remove it. He added, "I would never cover it."
In a live interview at BravoCon 2023, Tom was asked again if he'd consider removing the tattoo. He reiterated, "Never. Because that was such a special time in my life. It's sacred, and I love Katie. Not 'in' love. But I still love her, and I cherish that time in my life."
Tom explained that unless Katie specifically asked him to remove the tattoo, he would keep it as a reminder of that chapter in his life, saying, "She's the only person that would make me remove that tattoo."
