Tom Schwartz has settled quite nicely into his new house thanks to his "10/10" views of the California mountains which he can see from his balcony.
The Vanderpump Rules cast member took to his Instagram Story earlier this week, where he gave a sweeping view of the sunset from his balcony at his house. In the snapshots from the video, the golden sun can be seen peeking out from behind the mountains, as Tom stood outside of the balcony.
In the next photo, Tom captured the tops of the buildings in his neighborhood, as he showed off the stunning mountain view and foliage in the distance. The Schwartz and Sandy's co-owner finally showed off his mug in his hand as the sun shone in the background. Although it's a little unclear what Tom was sipping on, he definitely seemed to enjoy his peaceful time to himself, in the house.
He didn't have many words for his view, but he did have a ranking to give it. "10/10," Tom wrote over the photos, alongside a sunset emoji.
Tom Schwartz says his view is "dreamy"
These aren't new sights for Tom's Instagram followers, as he has posted from this exact spot before, but the view never really gets old. In early August, shortly after he moved in, he took to his Instagram Story, where he showed off the balcony view for the very first time.
In the photos, Tom captured the outdoor grill and sitting area, in addition to the views from his home. This time, Tom got super close to the railing, showing off all of the corners from his new outdoor space in his new house.
"New views kinda...kinda dreamy," he wrote over the photos.
Tom Schwartz's spooky additions to his new balcony
By early October, Tom had already started making his balcony super festive for the fall season. Tom revealed that his patio now has a couch on it, which he adorned with pillows and a spooky skeleton.
"That's not Jax," Tom said jokingly of the skeleton, referring to his new neighbor and The Valley cast member, Jax Taylor.
Tom also showed off his super creepy fake spiders and fun tabletop decorations. There really is no better way to make a house more fun than to get really into the holiday spirit.
Inside Tom Schwartz's New House
But the outdoor space isn't the only area of his new home that he has showed off on his Instagram Story over the past few months. Tom has also proudly showed off different rooms in his house, demonstrating his interior design skills and how he has been able to make his new space more cozy.
In late August, Tom took to his Instagram Story where he posted two photos of bedroom, capturing his dogs, cuddling on his white bedspread, while natural light filled up the space. Tom also gave a glimpse at the small balcony attached to his room, allowing for him to get some light and air into the room.
Tom also showed off his simple but chic kitchen in his house complete with rattan-backed barstools (which Tom built himself), and plenty of plants (which are Tom's favorite). His house decor is minimalist, but still full of personality, which makes it for the perfect pad for him.
