Tyler Cameron Says He’s ‘Thinking About Marriage’ — and Tate Madden Might Be the One

Tyler Cameron Admits Fame Is Hard On Relationship

Tyler Cameron knows all about having his life love plastered on the front page of tabloids. He dated model Gigi Hadid for less than three months in 2019, and people still talk about it. Some Bachelor Nation fans continue to root for Tyler and Hannah Brown to rekindle their romance, even though she’s engaged to Adam Woolard.

Tyler Cameron is also off the market. He’s been dating Tate Madden for a while. They first met in 2022 when she helped film his Amazon show, Going Home With Tyler Cameron. 

Eventually their friendship turned romantic. Rumors persisted throughout early 2024 that Tyler Cameron was in a relationship. However, he didn’t confirm it until later that year. He said that he wanted to protect his girlfriend from the public eye as long as he could.

His point was made in December 2024 when he got major backlash for jokingly posting their texts on social media. They were in an argument after he went to get ice cream without her. He thought the internet would take his side, but he was wrong. The reality star ended up shelling out thousands of dollars in apology flowers for his girlfriend.

The attention the situation got took Tate by surprise. Tyler Cameron recently spoke to Us Weekly to promote his collab with skin care company Lubriderm. “She didn’t always understand what was going on when it was going on,” he said about his girlfriend’s reaction to making headlines. 

“Being in the public eye, you basically add a third party to your relationship. They’re always going to scrutinize or say something. It’s learning how to navigate through that,” the Bachelorette star added about dating as a celebrity. 

He went on to praise how Tate Madden is handling her newfound fame. “I think she’s done a great job at it — and so far, it’s been good.”

Bachelorette Star Hints At Marriage With Tate Madden

Things have been going so good for him that Tyler Cameron is already thinking of the next step. Us Weekly asked if he thought Tate was the one. His answer seemed to hint that marriage is in their future. 

“I hope so. That’s our plan. That’s our goal,” Tyler Cameron said. “I think she is everything that I’ve ever wanted in somebody, and she is also my best friend on top of that. I think that’s all a good recipe right there,” he gushed over his girlfriend.
