Jake Paul and Mike Tyson were originally set to face off this past July, but after Tyson was removed from a flight because of health concerns, the fight was rescheduled for November 15.

Despite that, the concerns about the 58-year-old’s health haven’t let up as he has recently admitted that he is currently struggling to walk.

Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson believes Mike Tyson will win despite health issues

With the majority of the combat sports world picking the 27-year-old ‘Problem Child’ to win the fight because he has youth on his side, former UFC star, Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson is still backing his favorite boxer ever to cause an upset.

Many people thought that in Paul’s last outing, he may come unstuck as he took on former UFC fighter, Mike Perry who is known for his relentless forward pressure.

However, the internet sensation turned boxer stopped ‘Platinum’ Perry in the sixth round, meaning his fight with Tyson could go ahead.

“I’d never bet against Mike Tyson, he’s my favorite boxer. Anything can happen in the boxing ring. But I ain’t gonna go against Mike Tyson,” Rampage Jackson told TMZ Sports.

Jake Paul set to finally make his MMA debut in 2025

After signing with major MMA promotion, PFL, back in 2023, Paul is still yet to make his anticipated debut under the MMA ruleset.

Despite having fought several MMA fighters in the boxing ring, the 27-year-old’s fight against Tyson may be his final one in the boxing ring, at least for now.

PFL boss, Peter Murray recently told Bloody Elbow that Paul’s MMA debut will take place in 2025, with more on the announcement to come.

Paul’s former boxing opponent and former UFC champion, Tyron Woodley recently announced that he has booked his return to MMA with fans speculating whether he will be ‘The Problem Child’s’ first opponent in the PFL Smartcage.
