There's the Beatles. There's the Rolling Stones. And there's Steph Curry. NBA fans in China swarmed to get a glimpse of the four-time NBA champion as he arrived at his hotel ahead of his tour in China.

The user @greatestbruce posted videos of Curry in China on Instagram, which were then shared by the user @WardeIICurry30 on X. The Chinese crowd could be heard shouting "MVP" as Curry walked by.

Steph Curry is in China to open a Curry Brand retail store in partnership with Under Armour.

The two-time NBA MVP is set to enter his 16th NBA season and has shown his popularity spreads across the world. Per NBAStore.com, Curry had the top-selling jersey in the NBA in each of the last two seasons and has led the league in jersey sales five times in his career.

Curry has been one of the most influential players in NBA history. Along with leading the league in jersey sales numerous times, Curry also influenced the style of play in today's NBA with the explosion of the 3-point shot.

Steph Curry travels to China with Kings guard De'Aaron Fox

Steph Curry isn't alone on his tour in China, as Sacramento Kings All-Star guard De'Aaron Fox joined the Warriors guard on the tour. Fox signed a multi-year deal with Curry's brand back in October of 2023, becoming the brand's first signature athlete.

On Monday, Sneaker News posted images of Fox's first signature shoe with Curry Brand, the Curry Fox 1, on X, along with a first look at his signature logo.

Curry Brand released the dates for their China tour, with appearances running from September 11 to September 16.

Fox is set to enter his eighth season in the NBA and is fresh off of a career year with the Sacramento Kings. Last season, Fox averaged 26.6 points, 5.6 assists, and 4.6 rebounds, along with a league-leading 2.0 steals per game.
