We Now Know When Drew Sidora Will Release New Music Thanks to Dennis McKinley

The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Drew Sidora is officially releasing a new album soon, according to none other than Porsha Williams' ex-fiancé, Dennis McKinley.

How to Watch

He announced the news in an Instagram post on October 6, sharing that the album — titled I Did It To Me  drops on December 12. And although it will be released around the holidays, rest assured it won't be that sort of record. As Dennis put it, "No Christmas music, all pain."

In addition to announcing Drew's album, Dennis shared a clip from a music video for Drew's single, "I got 5 on it (Love Languages) (feat. Big Quis). In the video, rapper Big Quis can be seen and heard rapping over an interpolation of "I Got 5 On It" by Luniz, while Drew vocalizes in the background.

"I got five on it, on everything I do, everything that's you," Drew sings in the music video. "If you're looking for me I'm right here, all up in your ear."

Drew initially released the song, which was written in collaboration with Dennis and K-MAJOR, in July. Since then, the mom of three has been teasing the release of the music video, which is not officially out just yet.

Are Drew Sidora and Dennis McKinley working together?

Yes. Dennis teased new music from Drew this past March, when he took to Instagram and posted a video of Drew singing inside of the recording booth. Although he did not reveal that he was helping her write music at the time, he did praise her for her singing skills.

"[Drew Sidora] whatup!" he wrote in the caption of the post. "These MF [delulu] out here!," he noted, before defining what "delulu" means.

Drew then took to the comments of the post, where she left a flexed bicep emoji.

While it's unclear if Dennis had more involvement with this new album, it definitely seems like the appreciation is mutual.

What to expect from Drew Sidora's new album, I Did It To Me

In an interview with The Daily Dish in September 2023, Drew revealed that she had been busy recording songs and was eager to release new music in the future. "I've recorded so much music," she said.

"At first I was planning an EP, but now I have so much story to tell and so much music to express that I am finalizing my first full-length project," she continued. "As you all know, I've been in music for a while, but the timing now seems so right. I used to be discouraged at what didn't work out, but it's all about God's timing."
