Wild Recall Devin Shore, Ben Jones From Iowa

The Minnesota Wild announced a few roster moves on Sunday. They sent down defenseman Daemon Hunt and forwards Liam Ohgren and Mikey Milne to the American Hockey League (AHL).

They also recalled forwards Devin Shore and Ben Jones from the Iowa Wild.

Jones, 25, was the last forward that was cut during training camp. He had a great preseason and camp and almost made the team. He has recorded four goals and 12 points in 14 games for Iowa.

In 297 career AHL games, Jones had 76 goals, 97 assists, and 173 points across six seasons.

Shore, 30, has recorded two goals and ten points in 14 games for Iowa this year. He has 51 goals, 88 assists, and 139 points in 443 career NHL games across nine seasons.

One of the two forwards will play in St. Louis on Tuesday unless the Wild decide to go with 11 forwards and seven defensemen. This is assuming that Joel Eriksson Ek is healthy as well.
