The Vanderpump Rules couple's before-and-after video of their driveway is jaw-dropping.
Ever since Scheana Shay, Brock Davies, and their daughter, Summer Moon, moved into a new house in the Valley, they've been hard at work making their house into a home with various special projects.
In late May, Brock, who recently nicknamed himself "Brock the Builder," revealed he had another DIY project in the works.
"We're gonna redo the driveway," the Vanderpump Rules dad stated in a May 27 Instagram video, where he shared how he began taking out all the bricks in the family's driveway to make room for concrete pavers. Because the project was such a giant undertaking, Brock revealed he went to Home Depot the next morning for some help, enlisting several people to help him take out all the bricks in the driveway.
In a second video, Brock had "all hands on deck" to continue the driveway makeover journey, hiring a family friend to help form and pour concrete.
A third video documented the next part of the process: putting down "road base" in between the pavers and to prep for the green turf for an appealing aesthetic touch. Brock then went to the next step in a fourth video: installing the turf, which he described as a "real challenge."
"It was a super long and tiring day. But you know what? I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!" Brock wrote in the caption of the June 6 video, later showing off the incredible before-and-after transformation in a June 7 video.
"The driveway is done Legends… Super happy with how the driveway turned out," Brock captioned the post.
Details on Brock Davies and Scheana Shay's additions to their new Valley home
Brock has been very busy documenting the renovations he's been taking on at the couple's Valley home.
In addition to fixing up the lawn, and installing a paved walkway on the side of their home, Brock recently enlisted Summer Moon to help with designing and painting her own "princess room."
In the aforementioned Instagram video of his driveway transformation journey, Brock shared his thoughts about what he's learned along the way.
"The one thing I’ve learned is that skill comes with time, and you get better at doing things the more you do them," he shared in the video caption. "So if you’re interested in doing a DIY, the best advice I can give you is to just start and try, and you’ll learn from your mistakes and do better next time."
