Ariana Madix has sported some iconic hairstyles throughout the years, but she's stayed in the blonde lane for the most part. In the past, however, and more recently, the Vanderpump Rules alum has rocked a darker style, growing in her roots for more of a dirty blonde shade, which she has confirmed is her natural color.
Take, for example, this laid-back snap from 2020, where Ariana relaxed in bed with her two pups. "On Sundays we sleep in," Ariana captioned the photo at the time, showing how she and her doggies spent a lazy weekend day. In the process, Ariana showed off how she was growing her tresses for a darker-hued look.
Though the dog mom still had some lighter pieces in the mix, the overall style gave a more muted sensibility.
Ariana confirmed in the comments that the shade in the photo is her natural hair color, writing, "Yep naturally dirty blonde."

Over the past year, Ariana has embraced a darker style with some honey blonde undertones—much like The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Dorit Kemsley.
In September 2024, we began to see how Ariana was incorporating a bronde (blonde-brown shade) look into her life when she rocked an extra-long hairstyle that featured a lighter blonde on the bottom and deeper brunette around her roots.
Then, in December 2024, Ariana showed off the depth of the look by wearing a slicked-back ponytail with two straight pieces in the front.
More recently, in March, Ariana revealed a super rich color with a lightly tousled look. We were, frankly, obsessed with this new color that featured a grow-in of her darker roots with a few honey blonde undertones. The hair look also had some red and chestnut tones mixed in.
Ariana Madix once cut her hair into a super short bob
In addition to growing out her roots, Ariana has also worn an extra short style in the past.
The blonde beauty first cut her mane into a chin-length bob in 2016. Speaking with BravoTV.com at the time, Ariana talked about the chop and why she decided to go shorter. "I have been talking about cutting my hair off for years and years," she said, as seen in the video above.
"I've always been really bored with just having my hair long and not really doing anything with it," she noted at the time. "It's funny because once I sat down in the chair and he started to cut the back of it, I honestly didn't really have any emotions about it."
