How Bachelor Couple Keep Their Relationship Strong

The Bachelor franchise doesn’t have a great track record for successful relationships. Very few couples last longer than a few years and only a handful have actually gotten married. But fans are hopeful for Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson’s odds.

The couple got engaged last year during the Season 28 finale. They live together but aren’t in a rush to tie the knot just yet. Kelsey spoke out about her desire to start a family soon, so they will get serious about wedding planning hopefully this year.

Kelsey stuck by his side – and moved to Los Angeles – while Joey was competing on Dancing With The Stars. He recently spoke to PEOPLE magazine and shared insight on their secret weapon to keeping their relationship strong: date nights.

The reality star admitted that it’s hard to squeeze date nights in now that their schedules are busier. He recounted a romantic trip they took to Mexico last year.

“We were just sitting around the fire having a nice cocktail and having stimulating conversation, talking about how crazy this last year has been,” Joey said about the trip.

The couple were separated a lot the last few months while he finished up the DWTS live tour. But they reunited to attend a popular music festival.

Kelsey Anderson, Joey Graziadei Rock Out At Coachella

Thanks to a collaboration with the liquor brand Patrón, Joey and Kelsey were able to attend Coachella this weekend. They documented the fun time on social media. Kelsey rocked a look from Victoria’s Secret for one of the days. For another outfit, she paired a Dodger’s jersey and camo shorts.

Fans of the show had some thoughts on Kelsey’s outfit choices.

Joey Graziadei told PEOPLE magazine about the changes he’s seen in Kelsey in the last year since their engagement. The young couple are still getting to know each other. But according to some fans, Kelsey has changed on the outside too.

“I didn’t recognize Kelsey at first and thought it was the girl from LIB UK,” one fan wrote on social media about Kelsey’s Coachella outfit.

Another disappointed Bachelor Nation fan wrote, “Kelsey is so naturally beautiful. I don’t get what she’s been trying to do lately. She doesn’t look the same and it really makes me sad.”

Kelsey Anderson recently had veneers put in after years of dental issues. She joked about her desire to get a butt lift. For April Fool’s Day, she pranked fans with a short wig.
