Bachelor Couple Undecided On Where They’ll Live
Kelsey Anderson and Joey Graziadei come from vastly different backgrounds. However, they met and fell in love on Season 28 of The Bachelor. Kelsey grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana but moved to Los Angeles, California, last year while her fiance was competing on Dancing With The Stars.
Joey Graziadei is a Philly native but lived in Hawaii before joining Charity Lawson’s season of The Bachelorette. Some fans were upset that Kelsey Anderson gave up her dream of moving to NYC and moved to the west coast instead.
While she loves California, Kelsey isn’t sure if that is where they’ll settle down. She recently chatted with Life & Style about her future plans with Joey Graziadei. She revealed that they are still discussing where to live. She said that the warm weather in California has “spoiled” her compared to the weather on the east coast. But California isn’t a sure bet.
“But we’re also looking at other areas maybe to settle down in Austin or Nashville,” she revealed. One thing’s for sure. The couple definitely want to have kids.
Kelsey Anderson Talks Baby Plans With Joey Graziadei
Kelsey Anderson and Joey Graziadei disagree about how many kids they want. Kelsey is adamant about a desire to adopt as well as have biological children. However, having babies is definitely in their plan. When?
Kelsey Anderson told Life & Style that they want kids within the next five to ten years. One thing that she wants settled first is her career path.
She explained, “I think that I’m trying to figure out my career path still with all of this. And if I want to continue doing what I’m doing right now, or if I want to get back into construction project management.”
But First, A Wedding
Kelsey Anderson and Joey Graziadei aren’t rushing to have kids. They also aren’t rushing down the aisle. While Bachelor Nation fans are impatient for a wedding, the couple want to make sure it is just right.
It’s important for Kelsey that she honor her late mom during the ceremony. She previously revealed that they are working with a wedding planner. But there arer still a few loose ends. Most importantly, they haven’t narrowed down a location yet.
“We’re right now in California, but he’s from Philly. I’m from Louisiana. We’re like, ‘Do we do a destination? Do we do one just on the East Coast? Do we do one where we live now?’”
The couple have time to figure it out. Joey Graziadei is currently touring the country with the Dancing With The Stars Live Tour. Once the tour is over, Joey and Kelsey will probably get serious about planning their wedding. They initially wanted to marry in 2026. Time will tell if they stick with that deadline or push it back as they pursue other opportunities.
