Taylor Ann Green purchased her home in Charleston in 2021, and since then, she's made some exciting updates.
In the above preview for Season 10, Episode 4 of Southern Charm, which airs on January 2, Taylor welcomes Rodrigo Reyes into her adorable abode, granting us a closer look at the property in the process. "My little beach bungalow," Taylor gushes as she brings her friend — who has never visited the space before — into the living room.
"I bought this place when I was 24 years old," Taylor says as Rodrigo exclaims, "Dang, girl!"
The living room features a cozy area for hanging out, with a large beige sectional sofa topped with blue-and-white and green pillows. The area also has a white fireplace mantel and doors that go out to an outdoor area Taylor has been renovating.
The living area also has a gold-rimmed circular coffee table, a large multicolored area rug, and a place for dining in the corner, where Taylor placed a square table with four chairs.
"Moving to the beach, I was like, 'beachy aesthetic,'" Taylor says as the camera points out numerous coastal decorative elements like an anchor-shaped lamp, an octopus-shaped bottle holder, a shell-encrusted mirror frame, and more.
Well, let's just say there's a lot more of Taylor's "beachy aesthetic" around the home — a little too much for Rodrigo's taste. See his reaction to the "rope decor" in the video above.
Taylor Ann Green's Kitchen Renovation
Later in the clip, when Taylor and Rodrigo are having a conversation in her living room, we get a view of her kitchen, which has a long marble countertop and white cabinetry.
In August, Taylor revealed via her Instagram Stories another full view of her kitchen as she teased a remodel of the space.
"Some much-needed changes are on the way," Taylor wrote over the video which revealed her kitchen area being looked over by an employee of Heritage Flooring Company and interior designer Caroline Craft.
Though Taylor didn't reveal what she and her collaborators were planning to change up the area, we were able to see another view of the space, including the lower cabinets that were painted a teal color. The kitchen also has a light gray tiled floor, black appliances, and a cylindrical light fixture overhead.
We'll have to stay tuned to see how Taylor decides to upgrade her "beach bungalow."
