“Vanderpump Rules” fans want to know what’s going on at Something About Her. On January 14, a film crew was spotted at the West Hollywood sandwich shop co-owned by Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix.
In videos that surfaced on social media, trucks were parked in front of the N. Roberston Boulevard eatery and camera equipment could be seen.
“I wonder what’s being filmed at #somethingabouther! 🤔” came a post shared on the @bravoboo fan account on Instagram.
The filming activity comes nearly two months after Bravo announced the decision to reboot “Vanderpump Rules” with an all-new cast of SUR employees for season 12.
Fans Speculated on the Filming Activity
The film crew turned up a few days after the TikTok account @neverbenfiner posted a video that showed a filming notice that was displayed on a building next to Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant SUR. The notice, posted by Still Films Inc., listed Something About Her’s address with a “Notification of Filming.”
“We are proposing to film scenes at [Something About Her] on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, between 7AM and 10PM for our project,” the notice read. “ACTIVITY: interior dialogue inside location; camera on sticks/dolly and also handheld.”
It was revealed that filming would also take place by the exterior walk-up, the front of the shop, and across teh street from the eatery.
“What could it be? #PumpRules #VanderpumpRules,” fan account @bravobreakingnews asked.
Some fans questioned if Madix and Maloney were filming scenes for the Bravo spinoff “The Valley.” Others wondered if the duo would get their own show set at their sandwich shop.
“I predicted a spin off show with Ariana and Katie. Maybe that’s it,” one fan wrote.
“Could just be a commercial but hope it’s more! 🩷,” another fan added.
Ariana Madix Invited the New VPR Cast to Film at Something About Her
There is no word if the “Vanderpump Rules” reboot has started filming at SUR, which is located just a few doors down from Something About Her. But Madix previously gave the new cast an open invitation to film at her sandwich shop.
In December, Madix told Us Weekly she would love to see the new cast film scenes at her shop.
“If any of those kids next door at SUR want to pop into Something About Her and have a sandwich and have a little argument over some Cameron sandwiches and some Avaline wine, we’d love to have them,” Madix said.
