JAX Taylor's pals are rallying around him after his estranged wife Brittany Cartwright filed for divorce days after he left a mental health treatment center.
The Vanderpump Rules alum was with his close friend and Valley co-star Jesse Lally who invited him to dinner at Craig's in West Hollywood on Tuesday.
An insider told The U.S. Sun the pair have become closer as Jesse's wife Michelle Saniei also filed for divorce earlier this year, just days after filming for The Valley's first season wrapped.
Jax, 45, was pictured out and about after it was revealed that his marriage was finally over months after Brittany announced they were on a trial separation.
He had spent 30 days in an inpatient mental health facility before leaving in the past week.
In court documents filed in Los Angeles, the Kentucky native requested primary custody of their three-year-old son, Cruz, but asked that the court grant visitation rights.

Brittany cited "irreconcilable differences" for their split and also asked the court to terminate spousal support to both parties.
Hours after the news broke, Jax was seen with Jesse and his new love interest, Lacy Nicole.
A source told The U.S. Sun, "He is close with Jesse Lally right now and they are leaning on each other amid divorces.
"Jesse invited him out on Tuesday evening to Craig's to support him after the news.
Friends don't want to leave him alone at the moment and are rallying around him.
An insider told The U.S. Sun
"Jax arrived about 7 pm and left two hours later.
"He got in an SUV and then drove down and got Jesse and his new girlfriend, who also jumped in before they headed home.
"His friends don't want to leave him alone at the moment, and are rallying around him, but they also have children and responsibilities and I hear he went home alone on Tuesday night.

"Jax is understandably gutted it has come to this, but he respects Brittany's decision, she is still the mother of his child, and they are focused on making Cruz the priority."
Jax failed to smile as he left the restaurant carrying leftovers in a white bag.
He was seen dressed in an all-black outfit of jeans and a short-sleeved t-shirt showing off his tattoos, along with a pair of Nike dunks.
Video footage obtained by The U.S. Sun shows Jesse saying he is supporting Jax, admitting, "He is going through it right now."
An insider told PEOPLE that Brittany filed for divorce because she wanted to end the "tumultuous cycle they've been living in," which began to play out on The Valley.
They said, "There’s a lot that has transpired over the past few months that she could not look past.
"This decision wasn't made lightly but she feels adamant that it was the right one."
The U.S. Sun has reached out to both Jax and Brittany's reps for comment.
Brittany, 35, was also seen out on Tuesday after pulling the plug on her marriage, as she was seen smiling at her home while receiving a bottle of alcohol delivered via Uber Eats.
Photographs published by TMZ showed her meeting a delivery man in a bathing suit and a towel before returning to her garden.
She had her brunette hair tied up in a bun as she ditched the makeup.
She was seen without her wedding ring which she has reportedly not been wearing since June.
Brittany was then seen leaving dinner at Taisho Japanese restaurant in Sherman Oaks on Tuesday night with The Valley co-star Zack Wickham.
She appeared in a much better mood than Jax as she beamed from ear to ear.
Brittany opted for a tight-fitting light blue dress with black heels and a brown Louis Vuitton cross-body bag.
Brittany previously opened up about their separation in the finale of The Valley, explaining his drinking played a part.
She claimed to co-stars, "He was going out to the bar and stuff, coming home and having these horrible hangovers that would make him mean as a f***king snake."
She recalled waking up to "Jax barreling in" while she was sharing the bed with their son one morning.
"Finally, after he’s already been screaming at me for hours… I packed me and Cruz up and we got the hell out of that house.
"I just kind of hit this point where I started noticing everything that he did to me."
