Before he was a star in the NFL, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was one of the most exciting players in college football while at Texas Tech.
So with the release of EA's College Football 25 video game soon upon us, it's only right that he be featured in the highly-anticipated installment.
EA Sports announced Tuesday that CFB 25 will feature an "Ultimate Team" mode that will allow users to collect the college versions of active NFL players like Mahomes, Josh Allen and many more.
"Thanks to our partnership with the NFLPA, the mode will include active players like Patrick Mahomes, Davante Adams, Christian McCaffrey, Josh Allen, Ceedee Lamb, Stefon Diggs, Joe Burrow, and many more who can join your squad,” EA wrote.
The 10th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, Mahomes showed off his elite arm and natural play-making ability at Texas Tech, but it's safe to say that no one saw what was coming three Super Bowl rings later.
