Clayton Echard Reveals Stem Cell Treatment Results After 1 Month Post-Op: ‘I Was Skeptical’

Bachelor Nation fans saw Clayton Echard look for love on Season 18 of “The Bachelorette” and again on Season 26 of “The Bachelor” as the leading man.

Since his time on the Bachelor Nation shows, he’s kept fans updated online about his life off-screen and adventures he’s experienced ever since.

Recently, Clayton shared that he received stem cell therapy to try to relieve his chronic knee pain.

After documenting the process, Clayton has now taken to Instagram to share his results one month after the procedure.

In a new video, he said, “It’s officially been one month out from getting Mesenchymal Stem Cells injected into each knee and systemically. So let’s do the squat test as this was where I was trying to fix the most amount of pain that I feel in my knees when I squat. So here we go, first time doing this in a month.”

Clayton then slowly squats and reveals that the pain has already decreased from when he did the same test a month ago.

“I still feel pain, but it’s not as sharp,” he shared. “I’ve been a little skeptical because I don’t know, I just thought after all these years, I’ve had knee pain since I was in my mid-twenties. But this does actually feel like a slight improvement.”

The Bachelor Nation star continued his evaluation and said he’ll do another follow-up in a couple months to see how well the treatment is actually working.

He shared, “This is a month out, everything online says to wait three months for full regeneration, and so I will follow up in three months from now. But for now, actually that was fairly positive. Still pain but it took the pain from maybe a 9 I’d say down to a 5. So not completely pain free but progress!”

Clayton expressed in his caption how it feels to finally be making progress in relieving his knee pain.

He wrote, “To me, this is a substantial win! For having knee pain since I was 22, I was skeptical this could work, but it appears to be doing so. Next up is the 3 month follow-up 💪”
