Craig Conover just wants to be wanted.
The Southern Charm star shed light on the self-doubt he experienced in his relationship with Paige DeSorbo prior to their November breakup during the Bravo series' Feb. 13 episode.
Craig's revelation came up as he was sympathizing with costar Shep Rose, whose now ex-girlfriend Sienna had been ghosting him and showing little interest ahead of the cast trip to her native Bahamas.
"I'm excited to meet Sienna, but poor Shep," the Sewing Down South founder lamented during a FaceTime call with Paige and Madison LeCroy. "He was kind of spinning out a little at our dinner."
But Craig could totally relate to Shep feeling like he wasn't a priority to Sienna.
As he explained in a confessional, "You shouldn't have to force someone into liking you. If the person likes you, they'll make time for you. It's an insecurity that I have dealt with because Paige is so busy and her career is one of her biggest priorities. I had to learn how to exist in that world."
Plus, when Craig noted to Paige and Madison, "She's not really texting him back much, which is a s---ty feeling," all they could do was laugh at the situation.
"Obviously she doesn't like him," Paige chimed in, to which Madison agreed with, "She's not that into you. That's the deal."
In a confessional, Madison elaborated on Shep and Sienna being on totally different pages in terms of their feelings for each other.
"I think this is all a fantasy in Shep's mind," the 34-year-old said. "I don't think he's in love with the idea of love, I think that he's in love with the way she looks. I mean, she's stunning. I get it."

Craig's admission about feeling insecure with Paige came one day after she dropped an explosive bombshell about her ex on Summer House's season nine premiere after they called it quits and she became the subject of cheating rumors (which she has denied).
“I’m like, ‘Craig, what are you talking about?’ I feel like you’re so betraying me right now,” the Giggly Squad podcast cohost lamented to costars Lindsay Hubbard and Lexi Wood. “You’re going to let people say that I’m a cheater. I caught you texting two b-----s in our relationship. Now, you're dead to me.”
See Craig and Paige's drama play out when Summer House airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. and Southern Charm airs Thursdays at 8 p.m., both on Bravo.
