Kenleigh Heatwole, the current girlfriend of fired ‘Teen Mom 2’ dad and former boaterhome-dweller David Eason, took to TikTok this week to fangirl over David’s newest accessory: a court-ordered GPS ankle monitor.
No, seriously. This actually happened.
As The Ashley previously told you, the estranged husband of Jenelle Evans was ordered by a judge to be fitted with his very own law-breaker bling earlier this month after appearing in court to answer for criminal charges filed against him in November, stemming from his attempt to heist motorbikes (and more) from Jenelle’s home on The Land in October. (David’s unsuccessful looting attempt resulted in him being arrested and charged with two misdemeanors: trespassing and violating the protective order that Jenelle has had against him since May.)
While his case was ultimately continued, David left the courthouse wearing a spiffy new ankle monitor that reportedly prevents him from being within three miles of Jenelle or her North Carolina property.
Earlier this week, Jenelle’s replacement Kenleigh hopped onto TikTok to give followers a close-up of David’s court ordered criminal cuff and to out-cringe herself by setting the video to the Britney Spears song ‘Criminal.’
For those of you with a birth year that doesn’t begin with 19, the song includes the following lyrics:
But mama I’m in love with a criminal /And this type of love isn’t rational/ It’s physical
Although there were some comments on Kenleigh’s TikTok from people who are rooting for her and David’s inevitable disaster of a relationship, there were quite a few others who expressed their confusion over Kenleigh’s attraction to Jenelle’s former significant ogre other.
“Wild to me that a woman would stay with a man that has to literally be on a GPS victim notification device,” one person wrote.
“Giiiiirl you had to have witnessed his toxicity on tv come on,” another noted.
“This is mind blowing to me lol,” someone commented, with another hilariously asking, “He got a job yet?”
While there were plenty of comments criticizing Kenleigh for choosing to couple up with a law-breaking freeloader like David, one of the standout comments came from someone who found humor simply in the fact that the ankle-monitored man in the video looked like a former d-list reality star.
“But why he look like david easton 😂,” the person asked, to which another person replied, “That is him lol.”
