According to Reality Steve, Grant got engaged to Juliana Pasquarosa after proposing to her in the Dominican Republic at the end of his season. Litia Garr was his runner-up, while Zoe McGrady placed third, and Dina Lupancu placed fourth. The final four women received hometown dates, during which Grant met their families. Juliana's took place on October 11, 2024, in Massachusetts, followed by Zoe's on October 13 in New York, Then, on October 15, Grant visited Litia's hometown in Wyoming, followed by Dina's on October 17 in Chicago, Illinois.
Grant said goodbye to Dina after his hometown dates, which meant that he brought Zoe, Litia, and Juliana with him to the Dominican Republic for his overnight Fantasy Suite dates. After those dates, Grant sent Zoe home, choosing Litia and Juliana for his final two women. Litia ended up being Grant's runner-up because Grant proposed to Juliana.
