Fans React to Austen Kroll’s Growth on ‘Southern Charm’: ‘He’s Changed So Much’

Southern Charm viewers are noticing great growth from Austen Kroll as Season 10 goes on. He has always been known as a manchild but it seems that those days may be behind him. So, what has fans changing their minds about Austen? Keep reading for more details.

Viewers Notice Great Growth From Austen Kroll

Austen Kroll has been a fan favorite since he joined Southern Charm in Season 4. His personality and silliness made people enjoy watching him and his antics. Austen also brought on Madison LeCroy when they were dating in Season 6 who was a great addition to the cast. They broke up and she moved on with her now-husband, Brett Randle but he started dating Olivia Flowers in Season 8. They broke up but major drama ensued the following season when it came out that Austen had kissed co-star, Taylor Ann Green.

Taylor was friends with Olivia whereas Austen was best friends with Shep Rose. Shep had dated Taylor for two years and when they broke up, the kiss happened. This whole situation hurt Shep, Olivia, and much of the cast who were completely blindsided. Luckily, Shep and Craig Conover were still close, starting their own businesses together. They have a podcast, Pillows & Beer, a bar, and did a podcast tour. Unfortunately, they have struggled in Season 10 due to Craig’s absence. Austen wants his buddy back but Craig is sober and would rather garden than go out.

• Now, idk what it is about him in last nights episode, but I find him slightly attractive, and dare I say he’s showing some..growth 😵‍💫😅.

They pointed out his confidence and honesty plus how he made “decent” points. So, how are fellow fans feeling about Austen now?

A New & Improved Austen

Southern Charm fans had to agree that Austen Kroll was definitely new and improved. There were traits about him that were much better than ever before leading them to really appreciate him:

• lol I have to agree! I think I’m enjoying him this season because there is no manufactured drama with him and any female cast members.
• I’ve never liked Austen but I’ve noticed some positive changes over the past few seasons, after he mentioned starting therapy.
• he started growing on me a couple seasons back idk what it is, but yea he’s only seemed to have gotten better and grown up a bit. so i am with you!
• I too, found myself attracted to him for the first time ever. What is happening!?

This might be the year of Austen and that is perfectly okay. Plus, now that Craig Conover is single, they can spend much more time together.
