Former “Teen Mom” star Farrah Abraham is giving stand-up comedy a try.
The former reality star, 33, is set to perform at the Spearmint Rhino Gentleman’s Club in New York City on March 13. Her set will be themed “Diary of a Teen Mom.”
“I cannot wait,” Abraham said in an Instagram video on February 6 announcing the news.
“I’m thrilled to share that I’m making my stand-up comedy debut—because let’s be honest, my life has ALWAYS been a show!” the former “Teen Mom” star wrote.
“We’ve been waiting for this for so long and now, ya girl is ready. If I’m coming out of the house, it has to be classy, it has to be amazing, it has to be worth it for this online mom to get out there,” Abraham added.
Abraham Says She’s Always Been Interested in Doing Stand-up Comedy

Abraham’s always had a heart for comedy and is working hard to excel at her latest venture.
“So I think for a while I was trying to learn from comedians,” Abraham told Access Hollywood on February 27. “Over the years, I just learned like I am going to have to really reflect upon my full life journey in order to celebrate and have laughs with people and be able to do what I really want to do, which is comedy.”
The 33-year-old said she participated in a trauma program and put in the work so that she can now laugh at some of the “crazy experiences” she’s endured in her life.
“That helped me become the best comedian that I can be and so I’m totally ready,” she said. “I cannot wait to laugh with everyone in Manhattan.
While she isn’t going to give her entire set away, the reality star told the outlet she plans to talk about all her life transitions, the new “Teen Mom” cast, and pop culture during her show.
Abraham Says She’s ‘Coming For a Grammy’ Award Next Year
Before she even takes the mic, the former “Teen Mom” star is pretty confident that she will make it big in the comedy industry.
Abraham said she’s ready to “take all those comedy awards” and left a warning for other comedians, including Nikki Glaser, that she plans on “coming for a Grammy next year.”
“A lot of the guys in comedy, they always talk about, like, if they were a porn star, if they had [OnlyFans], but baby, I’ve been there, done that, got the T-shirt. So you need a credible comedian to get up there,” Abraham said in the Instagram post announcing her latest gig.
In addition to making jokes, Abraham also plans to give out a few lap dances at the event.
“Stick around after the show for an exclusive meet & greet where you can chat with me, grab a free photo op, and even enjoy a fun lap dance,” she said.
