‘Golden Bachelorette’ Dan Roemer Dishes on His Latest Romance Developments with Edith Aguirre

The Golden Bachelorette alum Dan Roemer is giving an Edith Aguirre romance update. She starred in Gerry Turner’s Golden Bachelor season but it appeared she and Dan had a spark. So, what has come of the two and where do they stand now? Keep reading for more details.

Dan Roemer Gives Edith Aguirre Romance Update

Joan Vassos was named the first Golden Bachelorette, and she was hit or miss with viewers. Some really appreciated how welcoming and warm she was with the twenty-four men. At the same time, it did seem that Joan was hung up on her late husband, John, and maybe not fully ready to commit to someone new. In some ways, she felt that she was being unfaithful to John but some of the men could sympathize with her plight. They knew her inner struggle and wanted to comfort her. One of the men Joan connected with was Dan Roemer.

Unfortunately for him, her sights were set elsewhere. She went on four hometown dates with Chock Chapple, Jordan Heller, Pascal Ibgui, and Guy Gansert. Joan then narrowed it down to Chock and Guy but knew that she was meant to be with Chock. The two ended the season engaged and living happily ever after. However, a few couples have come from the two shows but one that fans adore is Dan and Golden Bachelor alum, Edith Aguirre. They think that they are adorable and work well, but where do they stand?

According to Us Weekly, Dan Roemer appeared on Bachelor Happy Hour with Susan Noles and Kathy Swarts. They became friendly with Edith while also vying for Gerry Turner’s heart. Susan asked what was up with the Edith and Dan situation:

“When we met you, it seemed as though you and Edith were getting to know each other. I want to know, curious minds want to know, did it go any further? Are you guys seeing each other? Are you a thing or just friends?” 

Dan made it clear that he really likes Edith and there is nothing not to love about her. They also talked about how amazing her iconic luscious silver locks are. Unfortunately, the timing just is not the best for the two of them. Dan’s father has just passed as he had Glioblastoma so he has been with his family a lot.

Is There A Future?

Dan Roemer noted that the two live on opposite coasts as he is in Florida whereas Edith Aguirre is in Florida. However, if he were to move out there, nothing would be impossible. Kathy Swarts then pointed out how Dan said he may be moving to the OC to be near his daughter. Therefore, things could kick up if he did make the move. Admittedly, things have been shelved for now but Dan is keeping his mind and options open.
