"How many [Joshes] does it take to sell the best 8.3 acre Tennis court estate in Beverly Hills?" Heather wrote in the caption of a carousel of images on Instagram which first showed herself, Altman, and Flagg standing outside on the patio of the mansion, which features a Mediterranean-style aesthetic.

The next few photos showed off that gorgeous, massive tennis court in question, along with the estate's illustrious outdoor area which included a large rectangular-shaped pool and incredible views of the hillside.

Josh Atlman explains why the Dubrows are selling their mansion

Considering the fact the Dubrows purchased the home somewhat recently (in 2023), fans are curious about their decision to sell.

According to Josh Altman, who spoke with TMZ, the Dubrows are looking to sell their "legendary" mansion as they transition to apartment living, with the empty-nester stage of life approaching. Heather and Terry’s oldest children, twins Max and Nick Dubrow are already away at college, and their second-oldest daughter, Kat Dubrow, is set to graduate from high school later this year. As Kat prepares to leave for college, the Dubrows will soon only have their youngest son, Ace Dubrow, left at home.

With three of their four children moving on, the move signifies a shift in their lifestyle as they downsize and adjust to having a quieter household in the near future.

Heather Dubrow shares details on her Beverly Hills home renovation

In the RHOC Season 18 premiere,, Heather discussed their recent home purchase, revealing they got a substantial price reduction.

“I’m always looking for a new project,” she said. “After we sold our Crystal Cove house, we bought this house in Beverly Hills. They really wanted in the low 40s and we got it for $16 million.”

However, the property would still require millions in renovations. Heather shared that her main focus was on updating the guest house, landscaping, and home movie theater. With the renovation costs factored in, she and Terry anticipated spending around $32 million on the property.

“This house, we’re going to take down to the studs,” Heather said. “But in the meantime, I threw some staged furniture in there, and we moved in.”
