When 21-year-old Irwin was introduced as the first celebrity for Season 34, he was introduced as being “very single.” He had previously ended his relationship with Rorie Buckley. They were together less than a year before deciding to go their separate ways. Then, he was rumored to be dating another zoo worker, Charlotte Briggs. They reportedly split in February 2025.

Robert, the son of Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin, also did a modeling campaign this year for Bonds Underwear. Fans went wild when the series of photos was released. Irwin commented on the photos and said, “That has been an eye opening experience for sure. I think moreso for my family. I think my sister goes, I showed her. I was like ‘Hi, how cool is this!’ And she’s like, ‘Robert, there are some things I cannot unsee. ’”

This campaign has earned more than $8 million in media exposure.
